Role & responsibilities

- Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end implementations of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and HFM.
- Cloud Migration: Guide technical infrastructure plans for moving legacy setups to Oracle Cloud EPM.
- Business Development: Support pre-sales activities, proposal writing, and client engagement.
- Team Leadership: Provide functional guidance and technical oversight to developers and consultants
- Lead strategy: Direct the design, architecture, and deployment of Oracle EPM and Hyperion tools.
- Manage practice: Drive business growth, handle resource allocation, and mentor team members.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion products and solutions.
- Proven experience in owning and driving practice strategy, including revenue growth,



capability development, and service offerings.
- Solid track record in hiring, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience managing customer relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, estimations, presentations, and business development support.

Preferred Profile:

- Ability to lead Hyperion practice initiatives and drive business growth.
- Strong consulting mindset with experience in enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions.
- Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.
