Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.

- Troubleshoot compressors, motors, thermostats, pumps, fans, and control systems.

- Check refrigerant levels and identify leaks.

- Perform ductwork, piping, and ventilation-related work as required.

- Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and technical specifications.

- Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulations.

- Respond to breakdowns and service requests promptly.

- Coordinate with other maintenance and facility teams when required.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.





Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant HVAC maintenance/service experience.

- Good knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and controls.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC faults independently.

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
