Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at Idex is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job requisition intake, role definition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate communication.

Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, building talent pipelines through multiple channels, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking process. The role also involves conducting initial candidate assessments, supporting offer and onboarding activities,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with Idex’s brand and culture. The recruiter will contribute to HR projects such as employer branding, campus hiring initiatives, and process improvements to strengthen talent acquisition.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers, engage candidates, and represent the employer brand effectively.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and skilled networking platforms.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and fair, non-discriminatory hiring standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and build relationships across creative, design, and content teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; recruitment experience in creative, digital, or tech environments is an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and a commitment to inclusive hiring and a positive candidate experience.
