Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist (Fresher) role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves supporting HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction, and coordinating documentation and compliance. The specialist will help implement HR policies, support employee benefits administration, and assist in organizing training and engagement activities.

Day-to-day tasks also include responding to employee queries,



preparing HR reports, and collaborating with managers to ensure smooth personnel management processes. The role is designed for individuals starting their HR career and offers structured guidance and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and use MS Office or similar tools for documentation and reporting.
