Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and execute HVAC projects as per project requirements and timelines.
- Manage overall project activities from design coordination to installation, testing and commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, site activities, manpower and material requirements.
- Supervise HVAC installation works including VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ducting, piping, ventilation and related systems.
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the design team for drawing approvals and site-related design changes.
- Monitor project costs, material usage and project schedules.
- Ensure proper execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractors.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Prepare and review project reports, progress updates and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper coordination between site execution, procurement, design and client teams.
- Maintain good client relationships and address project-related concerns.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC project execution and site management.
- Hands-on experience with VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ducting, piping and ventilation systems.
- Good knowledge of HVAC drawings, BOQ and project specifications.




- Strong project planning and team management skills.
- Good client and contractor coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Education Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant HVAC project experience, preferably with project management/execution experience.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
