Mahalaxmi Industries is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to take ownership of recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments
- Develop and improve HR policies, systems and processes
- Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management
- Drive employee engagement, workplace culture and internal events
- Support KRAs, appraisals, training and performance tracking
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Ensure HR compliance and labour-law adherence
- Work closely with leadership and sales teams on manpower planning and productivity
- Introduce HRMS, automation and process improvements
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of HR experience
- MBA in HR preferred; Finance exposure is an advantage
- Manufacturing / Electrical Appliances experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll and HR operations
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership coordination skills
- Proactive, diligent, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure
- Experience organising and anchoring employee events such as birthdays, farewells, work anniversaries and festival celebrations
