About The Role

Good culture isnt an accident - its built through consistent, well-run people processes surveys that lead to real action, reports and dashboards that leadership can actually use, events that people look forward to, and an onboarding experience that makes new hires feel at home from day one.

As the Human Resources Intern, youll work closely with the Human Resources team to support exactly that. Youll get hands-on exposure across engagement, dashboards reporting, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations, learning what it actually takes to run a people function, not just observe one.

Youll Be The Person Who

- Drives Engagement Initiatives: Assists with engagement surveys and initiatives, helping capture how the team is really feeling.
- Makes the Numbers Tell a Story: Helps build and maintain HR reports and dashboards, keeping peoples data accurate and current.
- Coordinates Learning: Supports the planning and coordination of training sessions, handling logistics and scheduling.
- Brings People Together: Helps plan and coordinate HR events and engagement activities, from idea to on-the-day execution.
- Smooths the Onboarding Journey: Assists with onboarding new hires,



so their first few weeks feel organised and welcoming.
- Keeps the Records Straight: Handles general HR documentation and maintains employee records, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Is This You
- Youre proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, and familiar with task tracking tools like ClickUp.
- You communicate clearly - in writing and out loud- and can put together basic content for engagement posts and announcements.
- Youre strongly organised, reliable with recurring tasks, and good at juggling multiple priorities at once.
- You have an eye for detail, take data accuracy seriously, and can think analytically to put together reports that make sense.
- Youve got some experience with (or genuine interest in) event planning and coordination.
- Youre proactive, creative, and enthusiastic, with a collaborative mindset that works well across teams.
