Roles and Responsibilities

- Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media sites.

- Screen resumes based on requirements and shortlist suitable candidates for further processing.

- Conduct interviews (phone/video) with selected candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field.

- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required.

- Robust understanding of IT industry trends and technologies preferred.

- Excellent interviewing, screening, sourcing, shortlisting, and salary negotiation skills.
