Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager, based in Hyderabad.

The Human Resource

Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process ( majorly Chefs) , onboarding current employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key duties include developing HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, managing performance reviews, and supporting employee development initiatives. Collaboration with department heads to address HR needs and align HR operations with organizational goals will also be a significant part of this role.

Qualifications





- Expertise in chef Recruitment for the restaurants, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
- Proficiency in Employee Relation Management and Conflict Resolution
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Laws
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in HR Platforms, Software, and Tools
- Team Leadership and Decision-Making Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
