Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of progressive HR experience, with up to 30 years of leadership exposure in managing payroll and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data‑driven decisions to improve HR processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support SkyPlusNews’s business objectives and promote employee engagement.
- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Manage performance management cycles, providing coaching, feedback, and development plans for staff.
- Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with best practices.
- Facilitate training and career development programs to enhance skill sets and career growth across the organization.
