Educational Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university in any relevant discipline.
- Post-Graduation / MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
Work Experience Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in:
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Maintain employee and recruitment records and ensure proper documentation.
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate and manage monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
- Coordinate with relevant departments/vendors for payroll and employee-related matters.
- Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, MLWF, etc.).
- Maintain statutory records, registers and documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies, wherever required, for statutory compliance and related matters.
- Training & Development
- Identify training and development requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate training programs, employee development initiatives and maintain appropriate training records.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving employee capabilities and performance.
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace environment.
- Gather employee feedback and support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee-related queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Maintain healthy employer-employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee matters.
- Exit & Separation Management
- Manage employee exit formalities, including resignation documentation, clearance, full-and-final coordination, and exit interviews.
Ensure timely completion of separation-related documentation and records.
- Disciplinary & Policy Matters
- Assist management in handling disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Enforcement of Company / HR policies and practices effectively to employees and ensure adherence across the organization. Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word & MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and employee matters with maturity and professionalism.
- High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
- Positive understanding of HR processes, policies and applicable employment regulations.
