Role & responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening.

- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.

- Maintain and update the Recruitment Tracker/MIS.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Assist in offer, documentation and onboarding activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- BBA / B.Com / MBA-HR / PGDM-HR pursuing or completed.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Performance-based opportunity for full time employment may be considered after successful completion of the internship.
