Amar Products is looking for an HR skilled to independently own the entire HR function from hiring to payroll to compliance. You'll be the single point of contact for all people-related matters in a growing pharma manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, onboarding

- Employee relations: grievance handling, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, exit interviews

- Labour law compliance: PF, ESIC, Factories Act / Shops & Establishment Act, statutory registers, handling labour inspections

- Payroll: salary processing, attendance & leave management, increments, bonus calculations

- HR policy: drafting/maintaining employee handbook, offer letters, appointment letters, contracts

- Coordinating with accounts team for Form 16 and statutory filings

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

- 4-8 years of hands-on generalist HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing/pharma setup

- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance is a must

- Comfortable owning everything solo this is not a shared/team role

- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
