3rd Party contractor Job for EICHER PLANT - PITHAMPUR PLANT

Timings - 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end PF/EPF compliance for employees and contractors.
- Manage PF joining and exit-related activities, including UAN and employee details.
- Verify and maintain Form 11, PF nomination, KYC and other PF-related documents.
- Prepare and verify monthly PF ECR and challans and ensure timely payment.
- Check PF wages, employee contributions and employer contributions.
- Verify contractor salary data for PF applicability and contribution calculations.
- Review contractor PF challans, ECRs and payment proofs.
- Coordinate with contractors for PF compliance and pending documents.
- Upload contractor PF compliance documents on the designated portal.
- Maintain employee-wise and contractor-wise PF records, trackers and compliance data.
- Handle PF-related joining, leaving, transfer, correction and other employee requests.




- Reconcile PF data with payroll and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams/contractors for timely resolution of PF-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of all monthly PF compliances.

Candidate Requirements

- Advanced Excel is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of EPF/PF Act and EPFO compliance.
- Hands-on experience in PF ECR, challan preparation and payment.
- Knowledge of PF joining, exit, UAN, Form 11, nomination and KYC.
- Experience in contractor PF compliance and contractor payroll data verification.
- Experience in uploading and maintaining PF compliance documents on portals.
- Good knowledge of PF reconciliation and employee data verification.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with large employee/contractor data.
