We are hiring for Solar Project based out of Pavagada, Karnataka.

Role & responsibilities

:

- HSE manager/Officer shall have the capability for vendor discussion and handling of contractors for all the ongoing work and close of the daily observation. shall lead the team to maintain the safe working culture at site.
- Shall participate in all the site activities and daily meetings.
- Responsible for daily inspection, PTW, TBT, Safety committee meeting, mock drill verification and ensuring QHSE requirement as per Ayana QHSE standard.
- Facilitating risk assessment on construction processes and on tasks described in work instructions & validation of the risk assessment. Reviewing high-risk manuals and safety-critical work instructions.
- Knowledge of Solar component HSE requirement and material movement. Ensuring protected material unloading, loading, material placing at store and conduct internal audit for Solar major component store yard as per requirement.
- Conducting and Inspection of lifting equipment, load test, calibration report and applicable HSE document before erection activities.
- Ensuring HSE compliance, OEM requirement, inspection checklist and HSE document during the construction and commissioning.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping, waste management system, sufficient HSE signage during the construction work.
- Check permit, license, and applicable legislation submission on time.
- Conducting HSE training, awareness program,



JSA awareness training and ensuring of policies are displaced/ communicate to applicable site team.
- Reviewing and ensuring HSE documentation, monthly report, weekly report, effective emergency response plan at site as per Ayana requirement.
- Ensuring mandatory test checks, machinery document as per BOCW act is done properly. Documentation and record management.

Ensuring health management system, first aid/Welfare arrangement at site as per contract requirement.
- Ensuring open points/audit points closure report and implementation at site
- Supervise the effective implementation of HSE System and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various site teams.
- Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all HSE standards and ensure compliance with all HSE manuals and procedures and collaborate with site team to maintain the safety of all systems.
- Identify and develop Master List of Testing and Measuring Equipment calibration.
- Real time Site update.
- Knowledge/Awareness on ISO 45001,14001, IFC guideline and internal audit process.
- Report to the respective Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to HSE.

Preferred candidate profile B. Tech/Diploma/Graduate in any branch with 7 -10 years experience.

Diploma in Industrial safety with one paper construction safety.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solar construction activity.
