Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant – Workday Prism Analytics with 3–5 years of experience in Workday HCM, Workday Prism Analytics, HR reporting, data integration, and HR data analytics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting Workday Prism Analytics solutions, including datasets, data sources, data pipelines, data transformations, reporting, and analytics. The role requires close collaboration with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable, and actionable workforce analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday Prism Analytics solutions.
- Create and manage Prism datasets, data sources, data pipelines, and data transformations.
- Ingest and integrate data from Workday HCM and external HR/business systems into Workday Prism.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Develop analytical solutions combining data from multiple sources to support HR and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Prism and HRIS solutions.
- Work with HR stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, metrics, and data models.
- Support integration of external data using EIB, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and other Workday integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Prism pipeline failures, data-quality issues, integration errors, and reporting issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT),



user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Perform data reconciliation between Workday, Prism, and source systems.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, configuration changes, and production support.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, data mappings, process documentation, and support documentation.
- Follow Workday security, HR data privacy, governance, and access-control standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams to deliver HR technology solutions.
- Provide ongoing production support and participate in incident, problem, and change-management processes.

Mandatory Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, Workday, or HR Technology.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong experience in Prism datasets, data sources, data pipelines, and data transformations.
- Experience with Workday HCM and understanding of the Workday data model.
- Solid experience with Workday Reporting.
- Experience with Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Custom Reports.
- Robust knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields.
- Experience integrating and analysing data from multiple HR and business systems.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Workday integrations and data exchange mechanisms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Workday certification is preferred.
