We are looking for a seasoned HRBP Talent Management professional to lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives across manufacturing plants and corporate functions, building a robust leadership pipeline and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Talent Management strategy, PMS, Talent Reviews & Succession Planning
- Develop Competency Frameworks, HiPo identification & Leadership Development
- Lead L&D; strategy, IDPs, coaching & capability-building initiatives
- Drive Employee Engagement, Career Development & Internal Mobility
- Develop Talent Analytics, dashboards & HR metrics for senior leadership
- Lead Change Management and organizational development initiatives
- Partner with CHRO, Plant HR, Business & Functional Heads on talent priorities
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA/PGDM HR with 12+ years of HR experience
- 6 to 8+ years specifically in Talent Management / OD / L&D; / Leadership Development
- Strong exposure to multi-plant manufacturing environments
- Experience in Engineering, Automotive, Consumer Durables or Industrial Manufacturing
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical and communication skills
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors/HRMS, Assessment Centres & Advanced Excel preferred
