Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, recruitment documentation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Post job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online candidate screening.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining formalities.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and MIS reports.
- Assist the HR team with other day-to-day HR activities.

Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Solid interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Good sourcing and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple requirements.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- MBA / PGDM HR candidates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
