You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Build robust relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
