Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter to manage recruitment activities for client requirements. The role involves understanding hiring requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews and maintaining regular communication with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of requirements.

- Coordinate with client stakeholders regarding open positions and candidate status.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.





- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting agreed hiring timelines.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; HR/Management qualification preferred.

- Experience required from Power & Solar industry.

- 2-5 years of experience in RPO, recruitment consultancy or corporate recruitment.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Positive understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.

- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.

- Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
