Join our growing Sourcing Team as a Fresher or Experienced Recruiter. Candidates with strong talent sourcing abilities, good communication skills, and recruitment lifecycle knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri.com, job portals, and internal databases
- Handle end-to-end sourcing activities for multiple requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Achieve daily sourcing and calling targets
- Ensure smooth candidate experience till joining
Desired Candidate Profile
IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED
- Graduate / MBA / PGDM (HR preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers or up to 1 year of recruitment experience in BPO Recruitment.
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic understanding of job portals, resume screening & sourcing
- Target-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
