- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up with applicants.
Requirements:
- Previous HR/recruiting experience in US logistics is required.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings.
