Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in recruitment, and a willingness to learn and take responsibility in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other channels.
- Post job openings and coordinate candidate responses.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR activities.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Professional communication suitable for a healthcare organization.

Preferred Candidate
- MBA HR / HR-related qualification preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation ₹08,000 – ₹10,000 per month, as currently listed for the HR Recruiter Intern role.
