We have urgent requirment for PMS Specialist (HR process) for our Head Office i.e Rajinder Place, New Delhi.

Role & responsibilities The HR Operations Executive specializes in executing and managing the end-to-end employee performance management cycle. This role focuses on designing performance frameworks, designing evaluation metrics, and facilitating appraisal discussions to align individual achievements with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between performance data collection and strategic growth, ensuring a transparent, data-driven evaluation process across the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Framework Design: Standardize performance evaluation templates, workflows, and timelines.
- Metric Formulation: Collaborate with department heads to draft functional performance metrics.
- Cycle Management: Execute annual, bi-annual, or quarterly employee appraisal cycles.
- Data Collation: Gather, audit, and clean performance review data from managers and self-appraisals.
- Discussion Facilitation: Schedule and guide objective performance feedback meetings between employees and leaders.
- System Administration:



Maintain and update the internal Performance Management System (PMS) software.
- Grievance Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding appraisal ratings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Generate comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 4 years of core HR Operations experience.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end employee performance management systems.
- 2 to 4 years of core HR Operations experience.ng frameworks for diverse corporate teams.

Preferred Skills Data Analytics: Expert skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization.

- Communication: Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Objectivity: Robust critical thinking skills to evaluate performance metrics without bias.
