Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in employee documentation, attendance, leave management, onboarding, HR coordination, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations.
- Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and processes.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, attendance, and leave management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools/software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
- Must have a personal laptop/computer with a proper working setup.
- Must have a smartphone and stable Wi-Fi/high-speed internet connection.
- Candidate should have a reliable work-from-home setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
