HR Payroll & Compliance Executive

Swid Renewables Limited is looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll & Compliance Executive to strengthen our HR Operations team.

This role will be responsible for payroll inputs, attendance & leave administration, employee records, statutory compliance coordination, HR documentation, employee lifecycle management and HR MIS.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee master data, personal files, compensation and lifecycle records in HRIS / Zoho People
- Administer attendance, shifts, leave, holidays, field duty, travel, WFH and timesheet records
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, LWP, reimbursements, deductions, incentives, advances and salary revisions
- Perform payroll reconciliation and variance checks before approval
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare and other applicable statutory compliances
- Maintain compliance records, supporting documents and due-date trackers for audit readiness
- Prepare confirmation, increment, transfer, warning, experience and relieving letters
- Coordinate employee advantages, insurance, resignations, notice periods, clearances and Full & Final Settlement inputs
- Maintain HR MIS covering headcount, employee cost, attendance, leave, attrition and compliance




- Handle employee payroll and HR operations queries with accuracy and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate in B.Com / BBA or equivalent; HR/Payroll qualification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Attendance or Statutory Compliance
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and payroll processes
- Experience with Zoho People / HRIS and Excel preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and documentation skills
- High level of confidentiality and process discipline
- Ability to work with strict monthly deadlines and follow maker-checker controls
