HR Manager

WHAT YOULL DO

- Own the HR function end to end. You are the entire HR team.

- Run recruiting: JDs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, closing, onboarding

- Point of contact for the entire team: Questions, complaints, conflicts

- Write and enforce HR policies: leave, attendance, performance, conduct (and apply them consistently)

- Set the work culture: what gets recognised, and what doesnt get tolerated.

- Handle discipline directly. Check in on people who are slipping

- Run performance reviews

- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, records, statutory compliance, and exits.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5- 6 years in HR, preferably at a tech startup

- You’ve seen a company scale

- Familiar with all HR functions

- Comfortable with difficult conversations, and good people skills





- Strong communication and writing skills: English and Hindi.

- Organised and self-sufficient

- Based in Mumbai, in-office.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Hired for both technical and sales roles.

- Set up HR processes from scratch (handbook, appraisal cycle, leave policy.)

- Hands-on with an HRMS or ATS.
