HR MANAGER - Clothing/Garment Industry
Job Location: Noida, sector 58
salary upto 40,000
Preferred Candidates from export house / retail /apparel sector
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, BOCW, POSH, etc.).
Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance resolution.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Maintain HR records, MIS, and support organizational growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
