- Position: Head–HR

- Organisation: The Unati coopertive marketing cum processing society limited

- Salary Package: ₹7–10 lakh per annum, depending upon experience and suitability.

- Qualification: MBA/PGDM/Master’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management.

- Experience: Preferably 8–12 years, including experience in a managerial HR position.

- The candidate shall lead and manage the Society’s entire Human Resources Department.

- The candidate shall formulate, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.

- Responsibilities include manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.

- The candidate shall identify training needs and personally conduct employee training programmes.

- The candidate shall manage performance appraisal, employee development and departmental coordination.

- Attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HR records and employee MIS shall be properly monitored.





- The role includes grievance handling, discipline management and statutory labour compliance.

- The candidate must visit Talwara, training centres, project offices and field locations whenever required.
