Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR function for both our existing business and new lines of business in Bangalore. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, culture-building, and engagement initiatives. You will also work directly with the founders to help establish HR processes and contribute to building a strong and efficient team.

Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for multiple roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate pipelines.

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

- Support the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Ensure new hires have a smooth transition and positive experience.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain HR documents, employee records, and databases.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

- Assist in organizing engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance team motivation and workplace culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile





Qualifications

- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge or academic background in Human Resource Management or Employee Relations is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Coursework or prior exposure to HR analytics.

Experience

- 01 year of relevant HR or recruitment experience (internships included).
