- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an educational or service-oriented organization.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment &

- Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support positions.

- Develop job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selections.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.

Employee Management

- Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

- Address employee concerns and support effective workplace communication.

- Promote employee engagement, discipline, and a positive work environment.

Performance Management

- Develop and monitor employee performance evaluation systems.





- Coordinate performance reviews and identify training and development needs.

- Support department heads in improving employee productivity and performance.

HR Policies &

- Compliance

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.

Training &

- Development

- Identify training requirements and coordinate career development programs.

- Support continuous learning and skill development for employees.

HR Operations &

- Reporting

- Prepare regular HR reports and workforce-related data for management.

- Coordinate payroll-related HR inputs with the accounts/administration team.

- Maintain HR databases, employee files, and other relevant documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
