We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment . The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities-
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels
- Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports
- Assist with job postings and candidate engagement
- Support offer follow-ups and joining coordination
- Assist the TA team with daily recruitment activities
Eligibility-
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM, preferably HR specialization
- Freshers and candidates pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment are welcome
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to work from office in Baner, Pune
- Immediate joiners preferred
