What You'll Do
- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
What We're Looking For
- Freshers with an interest in HR / Recruitment (Female)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work from office in Ahmedabad
