About the Role

Global Consulting (GC) is looking for a smart, responsible, energetic and people-friendly candidate for a diverse role combining HR coordination, guest relations, digital marketing support and early childhood learning activities .

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is creative and organized, and is comfortable working with a young child.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Coordination: Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee coordination and HR documentation. Coordinate with employees, candidates, vendors and management while supporting day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Guest Relations & Digital Marketing: Assist with guest communication and coordination for the company's hospitality/property activities. Occasionally travel to the Karjat villa for guest relations, events or operational requirements. Help provide guests with a professional and welcoming experience while assisting with social media, photos/videos, content creation and basic digital marketing.



This is not a sales or target-based role.

? Early Learning – 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM The final 1.5 hours of the regular working day will be dedicated to engaging a young child in age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.

The candidate will conduct storytelling, picture-book reading, rhymes, music, sensory play and Montessori/play-based activities , while supporting early language, communication, social and motor-skill development.

Previous Montessori/ECCE experience is an advantage but not mandatory . Training and guidance will be provided on Saturdays for early-learning activities and activity planning.

The 6:30 PM–8:00 PM child-learning responsibility is part of the regular 11:00 AM–8:00 PM working hours and is not additional working time.

Graduates, undergraduates and freshers may apply. We are looking for candidates with good spoken English, solid interpersonal skills, a cheerful and patient personality, organizational ability, and confidence interacting with different types of people and young children .

Candidates from HR, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Cabin Crew/Aviation, Hotel Management, Montessori/ECCE, Teaching, Content Creation or Digital Marketing backgrounds are particularly encouraged to attend.

The candidate should be comfortable taking basic photos/videos, assisting with social media content, handling multiple responsibilities and occasionally travelling to Karjat when required .

Training and guidance will be provided across the different responsibilities, making this role suitable for freshers who have the right communication skills, personality and willingness to learn .
