Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration &
- HR
- Manage day to day office administration, attendance and employee records,
- Implement and develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Coordinate sourcing, recruitment and employee onboarding
- Conduct performance review, identify training gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Handle employee grievances and act as a bridge between management and staff
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws
1. Factory Production Monitoring
- Monitor daily production activities and overall factory efficiency
- Prepare and keep daily production reports
- Monitor employee productivity and identify production delays or inefficiencies
- Coordinate with production supervisors to improve output and reduce delays
- Report machine downtime, production issues, and other operational problems to management.
1. Site Operation &
- Labour Productivity
- Monitor interior installation sites on a weekly basis
- Track the number of workers assigned to each site and their daily attendance
- Monitor site progress and compare with the planned schedule
- Check site team working efficiently
- Report site delays, labour shortages, and other operational issues.
1. Site &
- Factory Coordination
- Maintain strong communication between the factory, site supervisors, and management
- Ensure materials, production items, and finished components are ready for site requirements
- Coordinate site requirements with the production team
- Monitor whether production and installation activities are progressing according to schedule
- Handle urgent production and site situations and coordinate quick solutions
- Ensure proper team coordination between office, factory, and site staff.
1. Quotation &
- Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate the collection and submission of project quotations
- Track quotation status and ensure quotations are delivered to customers or the concerned team on time
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure approved work is completed as scheduled
- Monitor whether production and site deliveries happen according to the promised timeline
- Report delays in quotations, production, materials, or site work to management.
Required Skills &
- Experience
- Minimum 5 year experience in Industrial HR, Factory Administration, Operations Coordination and Office Administration
- Experience handling factory workers and manufacturing staff
- Positive knowledge and expertise in managing office and factory
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Experience in interior designing, furniture manufacturing, woodworking, or a similar industry is preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
This role requires practical factory and site coordination experience, not just basic office administration.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Master's (Preferred)
