We are looking for an energetic and well-organized HR & Front Office Executive to manage front-office operations along with day-to-day HR activities. The position will also involve visiting the plant at Cuttack periodically to coordinate and support HR-related activities, employee documentation, attendance, recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR activities including employee records, documentation and HR correspondence.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, joining documents and other HR records.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of current employees.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave and HRMS/ERP-related activities.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate coordination, interview scheduling and follow-up.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, circulars and other official communications.
- Coordinate employee queries and provide necessary support on routine HR matters.
- Assist in payroll-related data collection and verification.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and other HR records as required.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Front Office & Administration
- Manage reception/front desk operations and handle visitors professionally.
- Attend and route incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Coordinate visitor management and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain inward/outward correspondence and basic administrative records.
- Coordinate with various departments for routine administrative requirements.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office environment.
Plant HR Coordination
- Visit the Cuttack plant as required for HR-related activities.
- Coordinate with plant employees, Department In-charges and HR/Admin team.
- Support attendance and leave-related data verification at the plant.
- Assist in employee documentation, joining formalities and HRMS/ERP implementation.
- Support recruitment drives, employee meetings, engagement activities and HR communications at the plant.
- Report plant-level HR issues and requirements to the HR department.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies, processes and company instructions at the plant.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline, preferably with MBA/PG Diploma in HR, HR Management or Personnel Management.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, front office, administration or a combination of HR & administrative functions.
Preference: Candidates having experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment and familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems will be preferred.
