The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across the organization.
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, job consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary within company guidelines and release offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining and coordinate pre-boarding formalities.
