Employment: Contractual on CIEL HR payroll, deployed at Blue Star Limited

Role: HR Operations & Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

Manage onboarding & documentation of employees.

Maintain employee records & HR MIS.

Support attendance, payroll & other HR Operations activities.

Coordinate with the CIEL HR payroll team.

Support employee queries, engagement and other HR initiatives.

Talent Acquisition(for third party employees)

Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements.

Manage candidate communication and interview coordination.

Support offer and joining activities.
