1. Monitoring Legal Compliance:

Ensuring the company complies with local and international labor laws. Updating internal policies and procedures in line with legal changes.
1. Managing Internal Policies and Procedures:

Developing company policies related to recruitment, discrimination, harassment, and wages. Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance issues.
1. Conducting Regular Audits and Reviews:

Performing regular audits to assess the company’s compliance status. Identifying potential risks and threats and implementing corrective actions.
1. Handling Complaints and Disputes:

Addressing employee complaints related to labor rights and discrimination. Acting as a mediator between employees and management to resolve disputes fairly.
1. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of compliance policies and related incidents. Preparing periodic reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
