Experience: 2-5 Years in Manufacturing / Factory Setting

Qualification: MBA-HR / MSW / Graduate with relevant experience

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Time Office Management:
- Daily attendance monitoring, leave management and shift roster management in FACTO/HRMS software.
- Handling late comings, absenteeism and manpower planning.
- Payroll Management:
- End-to-end payroll processing for staff, workers and contractual manpower.
- Coordination with accounts for salary disbursement.
- Statutory Compliances:
- Complete handling of EPF, ESIC, Bonus - monthly challans, returns, UAN activation, KYC, transfer, withdrawals.
- Liasioning with PF & ESIC departments.
- Factory Act & Other Returns:
- Preparation and timely filing of all returns under Factory Act, Labour Laws, CLRA and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Maintaining all statutory registers and records.




- Manpower & Contractor Handling:
- Handling contractual manpower, contractor billing verification, attendance cross-check.
- Recruitment of workers / staff and onboarding formalities.
- Documentation & Letter Drafting:
- Drafting of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Warning Letters, Show Cause Notices, Increment letters etc.
- Maintaining personal files and HR documentation.
- MS Excel & Reporting:
- Good command over MS Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas for MIS reporting.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Factory Compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
- Ability to handle workers and contractors tactfully
