Role & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates until offer and joining.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 13 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Solid communication and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

- Comfortable working on a 4-month contractual basis.
