- File statutory returns & challans.
- Maintain compliance records.
- Handle PF/ESIC portals.
- Manage contractor compliance.
- Support audits & inspections.
- Prepare MIS & Reports .

Required Candidate profile

We are seeking an HR Compliance Executive with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience to manage statutory compliance, employee records, PF, ESIC, labour laws and related HR documentation.
