POSITION:

HR & Admin Manager

JOB LOCATION:

Sambalpur, Odisha

QUALIFICATION:

- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred

EXPERIENCE: 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration

Experience in Automobile Dealership / Automobile / Retail / Service Industry will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End-to-end Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Employee onboarding, induction & documentation
- Attendance, leave & Payroll coordination
- Performance appraisal & KPI coordination
- Employee engagement & retention
- Training & development
- Employee grievance handling & discipline
- Labour law & Statutory Compliance
- HR MIS, reports & employee records
- Overall Administration & Facility Management




- Coordination with all departments and Management
