Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas consistently meet luxury resort standards. Each day, the supervisor plans work schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors the performance of housekeeping and laundry staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

The role includes inspecting guest rooms and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, proper maintenance, and adherence to health and safety protocols.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor also handles guest requests and feedback related to housekeeping,



collaborates with front office and maintenance teams for smooth operations, maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and prepares basic reports on housekeeping performance and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid supervisory skills, including team coordination, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid housekeeping skills, with experience in room cleaning standards, public area upkeep, and sanitation practices.
- Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, including handling linens, managing laundry cycles, and ensuring quality of finished items.

- Relevant experience in housekeeping supervision within hotels or resorts, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
