We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to manage and supervise housekeeping operations in a hospital setting.

Position: Housekeeping Manager

Location: STAR Hospitals, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations across the hospital.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper deployment and staffing.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control.
- Monitor cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Engineering, Infection Control, and other departments.
- Handle staff training, attendance, performance, and discipline.




- Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital housekeeping standards.
- Manage housekeeping vendors and outsourced manpower, wherever applicable.
- Prepare and monitor housekeeping reports and operational checklists.

Candidate Profile:

- Any Graduate / relevant qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital housekeeping, hygiene, and infection control practices.
- Ability to manage housekeeping operations independently.
