Hostel Administration: Manage day-to-day operations, room allocations, occupancy records, and facility maintenance.
- Student Welfare & Discipline: Enforce code of conduct rules, monitor curfews, and handle student grievances with confidentiality.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and guide a multi-tier team of wardens, caretakers, security, and housekeeping personnel.
- Safety & Crisis Management: Implement security measures (like CCTV and visitor logs) and respond promptly to medical or behavioral emergencies.
- Liaison: Act as the primary communication bridge between students, parents, and institutional management.
