Hostel Warden – Girls’ Hostel

Location: SAGE University, Indore Campus

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Girls’ Hostel.

Maintain hostel discipline, attendance, records, and student registers.

Address students’ concerns and coordinate with parents/guardians when required.

Monitor hostel facilities, cleanliness, security, and overall living conditions.

Coordinate with Security, Administration, Maintenance, and other university departments.

Handle emergencies and ensure timely escalation of critical matters.

Organize and maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive hostel environment.

Conduct regular hostel rounds and ensure compliance with university rules and regulations.





Candidate Profile candidate with relevant hostel/residential facility experience.

Prior experience as a Hostel Warden / Residential Warden / Girls’ Hostel Supervisor will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and student management.

Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally.

Candidates willing to work full-time on campus will be preferred.
