Role Description The Hospitality Recruiter – Luxury & Private Staffing is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting high-caliber hospitality and household professionals for elite residential and corporate clients. This contract, remote role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job briefing with clients, writing role profiles, posting vacancies on relevant platforms, and conducting structured interviews and assessments.

The recruiter will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of butlers, personal assistants, estate managers, housekeepers, and other specialist staff with luxury hospitality and private household experience.



Daily activities include candidate outreach, reference checking, coordinating interviews with clients, and ensuring a discreet, high-touch candidate and client experience. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders on staffing needs, maintaining accurate candidate records, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices tailored to high-end lifestyle management.

Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality or private household recruitment, with a robust understanding of luxury service standards and high-net-worth client expectations.
- Proficiency in end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer management.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidentially.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, including managing multiple requisitions and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Comfort working remotely on a contract basis, with reliable technology, self-discipline, and the ability to work across time zones when needed.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, private staffing agencies, estate management, or executive search is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and digital sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
