Job Purpose To provide safe, reliable, professional, and courteous transportation services for hotel guests, management, staff, and official hotel requirements while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition and representing the hotel professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest &
- Hotel Transportation

- Provide secure and comfortable transportation to hotel guests, management, and authorized staff.

- Pick up and drop off guests at airports, railway stations, business locations, and other destinations as assigned.

- Assist guests with luggage when required and provide courteous service.

- Maintain professional communication and guest confidentiality at all times.

- Vehicle Operation &

- Safety

- Drive hotel vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with traffic rules and hotel standards.

- Conduct daily checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, and other essential vehicle components.

- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.

- Ensure the vehicle is clean, neat, sanitized, and presentable at all times.

- Hotel Support Duties

- Assist with official hotel errands, document collection, bank visits, purchases, and other authorized duties.

- Support airport transfers, VIP movements, management transportation, and special events.

- Coordinate with the Front Office, Security, and Administration departments regarding vehicle movements.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and trips.

- Guest Service

- Greet guests politely and assist them professionally.

- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and appearance.

- Handle guest belongings and luggage carefully.

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel matters.

- Compliance &

- Conduct

- Maintain a valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.

- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures,



and traffic regulations.

- Immediately report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle damage, or unusual incidents to the concerned supervisor.

- Avoid unauthorized use of hotel vehicles.

Qualifications

- Minimum SSLC / 10th standard preferred.

- Valid Indian Driving Licence for the required vehicle category.

- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably in a hotel, hospitality, corporate, or luxury transportation environment.

- Good knowledge of local roads and major destinations.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
