LeanOnn puts a nutritionist-designed meal plan and a trained cook into a family's own kitchen.

This role has two halves.

Half one: you cook. You work in our member households, cooking the week's plan our nutritionist has designed - everyday Indian home food, measured and portioned to each family member's nutrition targets. Raw quantities, weighed ingredients, no guesswork.

Half two: you train. We are hiring home cooks who can cook but have never been taught. You build and run the training program that turns them into people we can put in a member's kitchen - hygiene, knife work, standard recipes, portioning, how to behave in someone's home. You write the standards. Nobody hands you a manual.

What we are looking for

- Diploma in Food Production, Craftsmanship Certificate in Food Production, or an equivalent catering / hotel management diploma. Degree holders are welcome, but this is a hands-on kitchen role, not a management one.
- 2–6 years in a kitchen. Hotel, QSR, cloud kitchen, catering, institutional - all count.
- You can cook everyday Indian home food well. Dal, sabzi, roti, chawal, the food a family eats. This matters more to us than plating.
- You are comfortable working in a family's home kitchen rather than a commercial one.




- You can explain what you are doing to someone who does not already know. This is half the job.
- Hindi essential. Working English useful for our internal tools.

What we offer

- ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month in hand, based on what you bring
- Daytime hours. No late-night service, no split shifts
- You are the first culinary person here, so the standard is the one you set
- You will learn macro-based cooking properly - how ingredients translate into a family's protein and calorie targets. Very few kitchens in India teach this
- A team to train, and growth into Culinary Head as we add households

Being straight with you about the stage we are at We are early. You will travel within Gurgaon, you will work in other people's kitchens with their utensils, and some weeks will be messy. If you want a finished system to slot into, this is not it. If you want to build the system, it is. Process: a 15-minute phone call, then a paid test kitchen (₹200 for your time), then a conversation with the founders. We tell you either way within two days of the test.
